Bell Theatre Services are pleased to announce that we have been chosen by the Everyman Group plc as their partners in providing technical solutions and support to this rapidly expanding UK boutique exhibitor. Work has commenced on a number of refurbishment projects across four former Odeon sites as they are re-branded Everyman.
The Everyman Cinema Gerrards Cross re-opened on October 23rd 2015. Bell Theatre Services undertook a complete overhaul of the sound and projection equipment . New JBL loudspeaker systems and Crown DSi series amplifiers were installed into this twin screen cinema, whilst the NEC projectors and DoReMi servers were given thorough overhauls. A distributed networked alternative content solution was also installed, simplifying the exhibition of alternate content sources to a “one push of a button” for the cinema staff. The cinema was also connected up to the Bell Theatre Services DCS monitoring system allowing our engineers to remotely diagnose and solve any potential faults with the projection and audio equipment.
Further works along the same lines as those in Gerrard’s Cross have been carried out and are ongoing at the Everyman Cinemas at Esher, Barnet and Muswell Hill.
