The Kinema In The Woods Screen 4
During the Summer of 2021 a former office space at The Kinema In The Woods was transformed into an intimate fourth screen with 21 seats. The small space provided quite a challenge for our design team and engineers with the screen loudspeakers being cunningly concealed around the proscenium of the Harkness Smartview screen.
A full 7.1 audio system was installed comprising a Dolby CP750 audio processor, JBL AC28 stage speakers, JBL3635 sub bass loudspeakers and JBL8320 surround speakers. Amplification was provided by Crown XLC and DSi amplifiers
The auditorium is equipped with an NEC NC1201L laser projection concealed in a housing at the back of the auditorium.
Customer reaction has been enthusiastic since the auditorium opened and we at BTS wish Philip and the team at The Kinema every success with this new facility and look forward to many more interesting projects in the future.
